Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions apply to every purchase made by a consumer on myherbastore.co.uk. The seller is Maide Dilan, a Herbalife Independent Member, trading as MyHerbaStore UK. Buyers must be 18 or over. A customer can cancel an order within 30 days of receiving the goods, which is longer than the 14 days required by UK law, and the Seller pays the cost of returning them. Goods are delivered within 30 days of the contract at the latest, and the contract is governed by the law of England and Wales. These terms do not affect a consumer’s statutory rights.

3. Who can buy from MyHerbaStore UK?
Orders can be placed by consumers aged 18 or over who buy for personal use. A consumer is an individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business or profession. Products are not sold for resale. The Seller may refuse or cancel an order that appears to be for resale or for commercial quantities and will refund any payment in full.
4. How are products, prices and availability shown?
- Product pages describe each product from its printed label and the official Herbalife product page. Product images are illustrative and packaging may change. The label on the product received is the final reference for ingredients and allergens.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total price, including delivery charges and any taxes, is shown before an order is placed.
- Availability is not guaranteed. A price change does not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
- If a price is clearly wrong and the error is found before dispatch, the Seller will tell you and offer either to proceed at the correct price or to cancel the order with a full refund.
5. How is a contract formed?
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automatic email confirms that the order was received. This email is an acknowledgement and does not accept the order.
- The contract is formed when the Seller sends a dispatch confirmation email for the goods listed in it.
- If an order cannot be accepted, for example because a product is out of stock, a price or description contains an error, or payment is not completed, the Seller will tell you and refund any payment taken without undue delay.
6. How can a customer pay?
The accepted payment methods are listed on the Payment methods page. Card payments are processed by third-party payment providers, so the Seller does not see or store full card details. Bank transfer orders use the order number as the payment reference and are dispatched after the funds have cleared.
7. How does delivery work?
- Estimated dispatch and delivery times, delivery charges and the free delivery threshold are shown on the Shipping & Delivery page. They are estimates unless a delivery date is agreed in writing.
- Unless another date is agreed, the Seller delivers the goods within 30 days of the contract being formed, as UK law requires. Orders are delivered to addresses in the United Kingdom.
- Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you. Ownership passes when the Seller has received payment in full.
- If delivery is delayed, contact the Seller by email. Statutory rights to cancel and receive a refund for late delivery are not affected.
8. How can a customer cancel an order and return goods?
UK law gives consumers 14 days from receiving goods to cancel a distance contract without giving a reason. MyHerbaStore UK gives 30 days.
- The cancellation period is 30 days, starting the day after the goods are received.
- To cancel, tell the Seller by email at info@myherbastore.co.uk before the period ends. Any clear statement of the decision to cancel is enough. A model cancellation form is available in the Refund and Returns Policy.
- Goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after cancelling or, if later, 14 days after the Seller has sent the return form and prepaid return label. The Seller sends the label by email and pays the cost of returning the goods.
- The Seller refunds the price paid, including the standard delivery charge, to the original payment method within 14 days of the earlier of receiving the goods back, including receipt at the Herbalife warehouse, or receiving proof that they have been sent back. No fee is charged for the refund.
The full process and return conditions are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. What happens if goods are faulty or not as described?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose and as described. If they are not, a consumer can in many cases reject them within 30 days for a full refund, or ask for a repair or replacement, and in some cases a price reduction or a final right to reject. Within the first six months, a fault is presumed to have been present at delivery unless the Seller shows otherwise. These rights are in addition to the cancellation right in section 8 and are not limited by anything in these terms.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods should be reported by email to info@myherbastore.co.uk with the order number and a photograph where possible.
10. Is product information on this website medical advice?
No. Product information on this website is general information taken from labels and official sources. It is not medical advice. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or living with a medical condition should ask a GP, pharmacist or other healthcare professional before using a food supplement. Products should be used as directed on the label, and allergen information should be checked on the pack before use.
11. What is the Seller’s relationship with Herbalife?
The Seller is a Herbalife Independent Member and is not an employee or agent of Herbalife. This website is not the official Herbalife website. Herbalife names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used on this website only to identify the products that are sold.
12. What is the Seller’s liability?
The Seller is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of the Seller breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. A loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of the breach or if it was contemplated by you and the Seller when the contract was made. The Seller is not liable for business losses, because products are sold to consumers for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
13. How is personal data handled?
Personal data collected through this website is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. How are complaints handled?
- Complaints can be sent by email to info@myherbastore.co.uk. The Seller aims to reply promptly and to resolve the matter directly.
- If a complaint cannot be resolved, the Seller will tell the customer in writing whether it will use an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider and, if so, which one.
- Customers are asked to contact the Seller before starting a card payment dispute. This request does not affect any right a customer has to ask their card issuer for a chargeback.
15. Can these terms change?
The Seller may update these terms. The version in force on the date an order is placed applies to that order. The date of the latest update is shown at the end of this page.
16. Other terms
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
- A delay in enforcing a right does not mean the right has been given up.
- Only the Seller and the customer have rights under the contract. No one else can enforce it.
- Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. This does not affect a consumer’s statutory rights.
17. Which law applies?
These terms and any contract made under them are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, but a consumer who lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland can also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where they live. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where the consumer lives are not affected.
