Distance Selling Information: Your Rights When Buying Online
Orders on MyHerbaStore UK are distance contracts: the customer and the seller never meet, and everything is agreed online or by email. UK law requires the seller to give certain information before an order is placed, and this page sets it out in one place. The seller is Maide Dilan, a Herbalife Independent Member, trading as MyHerbaStore UK. Customers have 30 days after receiving their goods to cancel, which is longer than the 14 days required by law, and the Seller pays the cost of returning them. This page is a summary and does not reduce any statutory consumer right.

How does an online order work, from checkout to delivery?
- Choose and order. The customer adds products to the basket, checks the total and delivery charge, and places the order by paying by card or choosing bank transfer.
- Order acknowledgement. An automatic email confirms that the order was received. This email is an acknowledgement and does not accept the order.
- Dispatch confirmation. The contract is formed when the Seller sends the dispatch confirmation email for the goods listed in it. The goods are sent from the official Herbalife UK warehouse.
- Delivery. The parcel is delivered by Yodel or Evri to the address entered at checkout, within 30 days of the contract at the latest.
- After delivery. The customer has 30 days to cancel and return the goods for a refund or exchange, and statutory rights for faulty goods continue to apply.
If an order cannot be accepted, for example because a product is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong, the Seller tells the customer and refunds any payment taken without undue delay. The full conditions are in sections 4 and 5 of the Terms and Conditions.
What rights does a customer have?
Cancelling an order
UK law gives 14 days from receipt to cancel a distance contract. MyHerbaStore UK gives 30 days. The customer tells the Seller by email, and a model cancellation form is in the Refund and Returns Policy.
Faulty or wrong goods
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods can be reported at any time. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a consumer can in many cases reject goods within 30 days for a full refund, or ask for a repair or replacement.
Complaints
Complaints go to info@myherbastore.co.uk. If a complaint cannot be resolved, the Seller says in writing whether it will use an alternative dispute resolution provider. This does not affect the right to go to court.
How does cancelling work in practice?
- The customer tells the Seller by email within 30 days of receiving the goods. Any clear statement is enough, and the model form in the Refund and Returns Policy is optional.
- The Seller sends a Herbalife return form and a prepaid return label by email. The customer posts the parcel back no later than 14 days after cancelling or, if later, 14 days after the label is sent.
- The Seller refunds the price paid, including the standard delivery charge, to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the goods back or proof of postage, whichever is earlier. No fee is charged.
Who is the contract with, and where is the Seller based?
The contract for every order is made with the Seller, Maide Dilan, and not with Herbalife. The Seller is an independent member of Herbalife and is based in Turkey, but sells to consumers in the United Kingdom, so UK consumer law applies to these orders. Goods are delivered within the United Kingdom, and the Seller does not add customs duties or import charges. Details about the Seller are on the About Us page and the Contact page.
What does the Seller do with personal data?
Personal data given when ordering is used to take payment, deliver the goods and handle cancellations and complaints, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Where can customers ask a question before ordering?
Questions about a product, a price, delivery or cancellation can be sent to info@myherbastore.co.uk or through the Contact page. Product information on this website is general information from labels and official sources, not medical advice.
