Method

Method for Apple Pie

  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs.
  2. Add the remaining apple pie ingredients except the apple slices.
  3. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined 15 cm springform tin.
  5. Arrange the apple slices on top of the mixture.
  6. Mix the cinnamon and brown sugar together and sprinkle over the apples.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, until lightly browned.

Method for Coffee Ice Cream

  1. Combine all ice cream ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place the mixture in the freezer for 2–3 hours.
  4. Remove shortly before serving to allow slight softening.

Serving Suggestion
