How to Prepare Each Product
🥤 Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix (550 g)
Gently shake the canister before each use, as the contents may settle. Mix 2 scoops (26 g) of powder with 250 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat), or with 250 ml of fortified soy beverage for a vegan-friendly, naturally lactose-free shake. Shake or blend. The Formula 1 label states that the product is made from vegan-sourced ingredients, is gluten free and contains no artificial colours or flavours.
☕ Instant Herbal Beverage with Tea Extracts (51 g)
Mix ½ teaspoon (1.7 g) with 200–240 ml of hot or cold water. The label recommends one or two glasses per day. The Lemon, Peach and Raspberry labels state that the beverage contains no added sugar and is gluten-free.
🌿 Herbal Aloe Concentrate Mango (473 ml)
Shake well, then mix 3 capfuls (15 ml) with 120 ml of water. To make 1 litre, pour 8 tablespoons (120 ml) of concentrate into a litre container and fill with water. Refrigerate any unused portion. The label describes it as low in calories and sugar free.

Caffeine notice
The Instant Herbal Beverage contains 87.5 mg of caffeine per serving. The label advises not to exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources (200 mg for pregnant or breast-feeding women). EFSA also advises that single doses of caffeine should not exceed 200 mg (EFSA Journal 2015;13(5):4102).
