How to Prepare Each Product
🥛 Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
Shake the canister before use. Mix 2 scoops (26g) with 250ml cold semi-skimmed milk, or with 250ml fortified soy beverage for a vegan-friendly, naturally lactose-free shake.
☕ Instant Herbal Beverage with Tea Extracts
Shake the canister before use. Mix ½ teaspoon (1.7g) with 200-240ml of hot or cold water. Enjoy one or two glasses per day.
Storage
Store both products with lids closed in a cool, dry place.
